Vaginoplasty: Vaginoplasty is an aesthetic restorative gynecology procedure used for vaginal rejuvenation and tightening. The process of Vaginoplasty is a recommended cosmetic surgery procedure designed especially for women who complain about vaginal laxity resulting from childbirth due to stretching of tissues and separation of muscles from the skin. Sometimes lack of vaginal tone is so pronounced that many women complain about falling out of tampons. Aesthetic vaginal abnormalities may also contribute to ineffective sexual function and pleasure. Vaginoplasty is the answer for women with lack of confidence due to uncomfortably loose vagina.

Labiaplasty: Labiaplasty is a plastic surgery procedure used to reduce the Labia Minora (inner labia), Labia Majora (Outer Labia), and the skin folds surrounding the human vulva. The other terms used for Labiaplasty are labioplasty, Labia Minora reduction, and labial reduction. Labiaplasty aims to reduce the size of the inner tissues of female genitalia to align with the outer genital tissues.

Clitoral Hood Reduction: This is a plastic surgery procedure used to reduce the size and shape of the clitoral hood by reducing the excess skin (Prepuce) to make the clitoris glans visible. The other terminologies used for lowering the clitoris are clitoral unhooding, clitoral hoodectomy, and clitoridotomy, which are used interchangeably for aesthetic improvement in the appearance of the clitoris. The surgical process enhances the woman’s pubic area increasing it aesthetic appearance and proper function.

Hymenoplasty: Hymenoplasty is an aesthetic repair and restoration of a woman’s hymen by a plastic surgery procedure. The process is also known as revirginization or hymenorrhaphy. The hymen is a circular membranous structure that covers the vaginal canal. It provides an opening for the menstrual flow of blood. Hymen can be damaged or torn due to tampon insertion, exercise, and the first sexual penetration. The surgery process involves the stitching of torn edges of hymen with dissolvable sutures performed under local anesthesia in an outpatient setting.

Perineoplasty: Perineoplasty procedure is an aesthetic plastic surgery that focuses on woman’s anus and vaginal defects and imperfections by reconstructing the space between them called the perineum. The area is small, but it has a vital role in supporting the structures of surrounding tissues and muscles. The process is also known as perineorrhaphy. Perineoplasty encompasses removal of scar tissue, unwanted skin, and ill-sighted bulges. The aesthetic goal of the Perineoplasty is to achieve woman’s confidence and feeling of increased sexual pleasure.

Revision Episiotomy: Episiotomy is a surgical incision made at the perineum and posterior wall of the vagina at the second stage of labor to enlarge the vaginal opening. The process is performed to prevent the third degree of perineal tear and create more space for manipulative deliveries. Episiotomy is performed by making an incision from the posterior wall of the vulva to the anus. Recovery from the episiotomy is painful and has some side effects, such as forming a fistula between the vagina and the anus. Episiotomy also develops a trigger point, leading to painful intercourse and difficulty in the tampon insertion. Episiotomy also results in the formation of granulation of tissue, knots, and other abnormalities. The solution to these complications of episiotomy is a revision of episiotomy.

Vaginal Relaxation: Vaginal relaxation is a solution to the problem of Vaginismus. Vaginismus is a reflex response of the body against vaginal penetration. It results in an involuntary contraction of vaginal muscles in response to sexual intercourse and any other vaginal penetration, making it impossible and painful—Vaginismus results from sex attempts and often the first attempted intercourse. The term Vaginismus also refers to a muscle spasm resulting from the insertion of objects into the vagina, such as sexual penetration, speculums, tampons, and sex toys.
